With respect to the competition law, the lawyers of DEVRES have experience in obtaining the Competition Board’s approval for many mergers, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other cooperative arrangements. The lawyers of DEVRES are among the first lawyers in the implementation of the Competition Law in Turkey. In addition to the applications to the Competition Board, DEVRES also represents its clients before the Competition Board and State Council (Danıştay) by written and oral presentations.
